Research featured on Science Snapshots at K-State

Late last year and early this year, Akeem Waite and I wrote about each other's research projects for Science Snapshots. Science Snapshots is a new science communication blog spearheaded by graduate students in the K-State Division of Biology. The blog is a way for graduate students to practice writing about research in a concise and jargon-free way for a broad audience, rather than just for other scientists in their field. You can find links to check out the posts Akeem and I wrote about each other's research below, as well as a special Valentine's Day themed post I wrote about research on pair bonding in butterflyfishes. New posts go up on the blog just about every week, so check it out regularly for more research updates from K-State scientists!
